A practical guide for finding, testing, labeling, and sharing hololive Dreams player-created charts while keeping official and fan-made content clearly separated.
Label official songs and player-created charts clearly
Official songs, official charts, and player-created charts should never be mixed without labels. Use visible tags such as Official Chart, Player Chart, Practice Chart, and Event Chart so new players understand what affects normal progression and what is community content.
Record metadata before recommending a chart
Useful fields include song title, chart creator, version, difficulty label, note count, length, recommended note speed, device tested, input method, and whether the chart is full-combo verified. Without those fields, a chart list becomes hard to search and easy to misjudge.
Test readability on mobile and PC
A chart that feels good on one device can be uncomfortable on another. Check lane density, repeated taps, long-note visibility, flick readability, timing offset, and performance drops. Mark charts that are designed for practice, challenge play, or showcase rather than normal farming.
Keep sharing rules conservative
If the site later accepts submissions, require creator name, source link, chart version, permission notes, and a takedown contact. Do not host files or images when linking to the original creator is enough. Remove charts promptly if a rights holder or creator asks for removal.
Build a review queue before opening submissions
A lightweight queue should track pending, tested, needs revision, accepted, and removed states. Reviewers should check metadata, playability, offensive content, broken links, duplicate submissions, and whether the chart title matches the official song database entry.
